Article I

The main goal of Free file sharing service is giving all internet users the ability to share files. Providing internet users the freedom to upload, download and share their own produced creation is a very good chance to spread knowledge. Free file sharing, and free file hosting services are meant to be for the sake of spreading knowledge and NOT meant to be for the infringement of other people copyrighted material.

Article II

According to "Article I" any kind of  infringement of other people copyrighted material will NOT be tolerated. Moreover we will NOT wait for copyright and DMCA complains, if any copyright infringement  is identified , it will be very seriousl y faced and stopped. File will be immediately seized and user account might be terminated without prior notification.

Article III

We are against money reward systems. We are providing our visitors with a paramount service and we will do our best to keep it as such. We are spending days and nights to develop and innovate our service and ideas. You are most welcome to use our service as you like according to the conditions mentioned in this page. However we will NOT pay any one anything to use our service.

This Uplds.com Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which Uplds.com ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the content that you upload, 

  store or share with others using the Service (collectively "User Content"), and for the consequences of uploading, storing 

  or sharing any User Content. You agree that you will not use the Service to upload, store, or share User Content that you

   did not create or that you do not have permission to upload, store, and share. You promise that you have all intellectual

   property rights (including without limitation copyright and trademark rights), licenses, and permissions that may be needed

   to upload, store, or share your User Content. By uploading, storing, or sharing any User Content, you promise that doing

   so does not infringe any intellectual property rights of another person. You agree that you will not use the Service or the Site

   to post, transmit, or share child exploitation as child pornography, child abuse. The use of the Service or the Site to publish 

  or transmit child exploitation will not be tolerated. If identified, it will be taken very earnestly, it will be reported

   to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline. Moreover it will be reported to law enforcement 

  authorities at once, and will result in termination of your account. 

  You agree that you will not use the Service or the Site to post, transmit, or share User Content that is any of the following: 

  • - obscene;
  • - child exploitation ( by any concept of the word (exploitation))
  • - defamatory
  • - invasive of the privacy of another person
  • - graphically violent or likely to incite imminent violence
  • - advocating or promoting terrorism
  • - offering or facilitating illegal sales of weapons
  • - racist
  • - physically threatening or intimidating
  • - intended for any illegal purpose
  By uploading, storing, or sharing User Content, you promise that it does not fall into any of these prohibited categories. You understand and agree that Uplds may immediately suspend access to, terminate or remove, without notice, any account or content that violates any of these prohibitions. You agree that you will comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and rules regarding the use of any website, forum, or service in or through which any link to content uploaded and stored using the Service is posted or distributed. You understand and agree that failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account or of access to the Service.  
• We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
  
   
• Pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive images or videos are prohibited. Copyrighted material are also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images or videos at any time without user notification.
  
   
• Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, Uplds.com is under no obligation to become involved.

Privacy Policy:

• With Every upload process the following Data is gathered and stored in our log files and servers
   

A- User name that uploaded the file.

B- The date and the time in which the file was uploaded.

c- The IP ( internet protocol) of the user who uploaded the file.

      Other Technical info that is gathered during your upload or download process:

• Our log files store some technical data of our visitors whether for statistics purposes or for enhancing our visitors experience to Uplds.com, this data includes but not limit to IP address, type of browser, type of OS, referrer website, referrer search engine...etc.
• Cookies maybe used to recall the visitor during future visits.
• A user e-mail and user name will be stored during registration.
• e-mail addresses will NOT be sold or rented in anyway at any circumstances.

To exercise your DMCA rights, your Proper DMCA Notice must be sent to Designated Agent of Uplds.com to email: abuse1@uplds.com Notice and takedown procedures Uplds.com will follow the procedures provided in the DCMA to properly enforce rights of copyright holders. When a Proper DMCA notification is received by Designated Agent, or when Uplds.com becomes otherwise aware that copyright rights are infringed, it will remove or disable access to infringing materials in 24 to 48 hours. You don't need to wait confirmation from us about this action.
